The educational system of full-time master candidates is given priority to two years flexible length within 5 years. The total credits are equal to or above 26.

- Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and in good health both physically and mentally with good academic background,who must observe Chinese laws as well as university rules and regulations,and respect Chinese customs.
- Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or certification of equivalent education,under the age of 35.The high school diploma must be ready prior to the registration day.
- Must have minimum requirements for IELTS total score 5.5,TOEFL score 80.
