Brief Introduction

The main research areas include: 1. optoelectronic information detection and imaging processing; 2. optical testing and intelligent optoelectronic instruments; 3. laser physics and application technology; 4. information optics theory and technology; 5. optoelectronic physics and devices; 6. infrared physics and infrared engineering; 7. bio-medical photonics; 8. optical communications and fiber technology.

The educational system of full-time doctor candidates is given priority to three years flexible length within 8 years. The total credits are equal to or above 16.
