1. Applicants must be non-Chinese nationals in good health. 2. Applicants must have masters' degree and be under the age of 40.  3. If the applicants study in Chinese language, the HSK result of applicants must be level 6 at least.  4. Applicants must submit two letters of recommendation issued by professors or associate professors.
