Cultivation Objectives

Generally, to cultivate high-quality international legal professionals with a full-scale knowledge and in-depth understanding of Chinese and international law, and capable of practicing law accordingly in commercial and economic fields.

Specifically, to develop students’ research and writing skills, make them acquainted with the progress in legal regime and practice, and to enable them to critically analyze and efficiently argue in writing and orally.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

1. High school diploma, good health.

2. Applicants under 18 need to submit notarized guardianship certificate upon the approval of UIBE (For detailed information, please refer to Admissions Office).

APPLICATION MATERIALS

(Application materials must be prepared in either Chinese or English and will not be returned to candidates no matter they are accepted or not.)

1. UIBE Application Form (Apply online)

2. A copy of high school graduation certificate and transcripts

3. A copy of guarantor’s passport or ID

4. A copy of passport or other identification

5. Asset certificate (if needed,i.e. current deposit on the bank statement shall be able to cover program tuition)

6. Certificate of No Criminal Conviction (if needed)

7. Two recent passport photos, white background, frontal view, no hat

8. A copy of the score report of Chinese Proficiency Test (new HSK) Level 4 (minimum 180 points) or above level (Unnecessarily provided)

ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS
