MasterProgram Objectives
The Program of Master of Tourism Management aims to cultivate high-end compound tourism professionals who have good moral characters, international view, and solid bases of theoretical knowledge, high level of professional skills, excellent management qualities and innovation abilities.
Research Directions
Master program in Tourism Management aims to equip students with a solid and deep theoretical foundation, fluently English and management competencies. There are six research directions as below:

Faculty
There are 34 qualified and competent faculty members in the school. The academic staffs have a wide range of research interests and have been involved in several major research projects sponsored by government. More than 90 percent of teachers hold doctorate degrees and more than 50 percent of faculties have the oversea studying or working experience. There are three doctoral supervisors and 20 master tutors. There are 8 professors; 13 associate professors, including 2 second level selected candidates of Zhejiang Province "151 Talents Project"; 2 Zhejiang young discipline leaders.

Qualified students will be granted certificates of graduation and Master Degree of Management.
Instruction Language
■ All the courses are delivered in English except some of Chinese language courses.
■ Dissertation is required to be written in English
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma and above.
2. Non-Chinese citizens who hold a foreign passport and comply with the relevant regulations set by the “Document No. 12 (2020) of Ministry of Education of the PRC ".
3. Physically and mentally healthy.
4. Applicants under 18 years old (Per September) should provide a letter of guarantee for their guardian in China (notarization required).

3. Language Certificates
- English Taught: IELTS with an overall score of 5.5/6.0 or TOEFL IBT 85 (different for each university)
- Chinese Taught: HSK 4-6 (levels and minimum scores are different for each major and university)
4. High school diploma (for bachelor degree) and Bachelor or Master diploma (for master and doctoral degree), hasn’t graduated students should provide an official statement from your high school or university as proof of graduation (Pre-Graduation Statement). (bit.ly/PreGraduationLetter)

6. 2 (two) recommendation letters from your teachers in high school (for bachelor degree) and two university professors (for master and doctoral degrees) along with letterhead and stamp from the school. Please also include the email and phone number of recommenders.

8. Additional requirements that apply vary from university to university, for example:
- Entrance Examination / Interview.

Note:
- Documents number 4-6 above, MUST be translated into English / Mandarin, and legalized by the school or you could use the services of a sworn translator.
