Pioneer in Chinese Business Studies
iMCB is the first master program for international students offered jointly by ZIBS and Zhejiang University College of Media and International Culture and builds on the foundations of the pioneering Master of China Studies program of ZJU. The iMCB program is specially designed for talented international students interested in Chinese business, communications and media.
Interdisciplinary Education
Grounded in China studies and intercultural communication, iMCB is an interdisciplinary program which combines coursework and research in Chinese business culture, management practices, sociology, and intercultural understanding.

Located on the International Campus, the iMCB program provides a cross-cultural learning environment combining Eastern and Western styles of education and is equipped with exceptional campus facilities. The campus hosts students from over 30 countries who form a large, diverse, and interdisciplinary learning community.

Overview
Zhejiang University International Business School (ZIBS) offers the International Master of Communication and Business Program, enrolling students from 2020. The length of the full-time program is 2 years. The degree of Master of Arts (MA) in Communication will be conferred upon completion.
Created in collaboration with Zhejiang University College of Media and International Culture and building on the longstanding international teaching philosophy of Zhejiang University, iMCB is an interdisciplinary program committed to training leaders who combine global vision, intercultural competence and understanding of China to position themselves as globally-competitive China business experts. Through this program students will develop Chinese language abilities, intercultural communication competence, research and analysis skills and practical experience in business and management. Graduates will be well-equipped to build successful careers in China in media, marketing, communications, international business and other fields.
General Qualifications
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification (for Bachelor's Degree applicants) or Bachelor's Diploma (for Master's Degree applicants).
- Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens holding a valid foreign passport and must comply with the relevant regulations stipulated in "Document No. 12 (2020) of the Ministry of Education of the PRC."
- Must be in good physical and mental health.
- Applicants who are still under 18 as of September (per admission year) must provide a notarized Letter of Guarantee from their designated guardian in China.

1. The CSCA score is specifically required for Bachelor's Degree application. This requirement also varies for each university.

4. Language Proficiency Certificates:
- English Taught: IELTS with an overall score of 5.5-6.5 or TOEFL iBT 80-90 (requirements vary by university).
- Chinese Taught: HSK 4–6 (levels and minimum scores vary by major and university).
5. Academic Diplomas: High School Diploma (for Bachelor's Degree applicants) or Bachelor's Diploma (for Master's Degree applicants). Applicants who have not yet graduated must submit an official Pre-Graduation Statement from their high school or university. (bit.ly/PreGraduationLetter)
6. Academic Transcripts: High School Transcripts (for Bachelor's Degree) or University Transcripts (for Master's Degrees), compiled into a single file. 7. Two (2) Letters of Recommendation: Required from two high school teachers (for Bachelor's Degree) or two university professors/associate professors (for Master's Degrees). 9. Additional Requirements: Specific requirements vary by university. Examples include:

Note
- Documents 5 through 6 MUST be in English or Mandarin and officially legalized by the issuing institution (high school or university). Alternatively, the services of a sworn translator may be utilized.
- Please neatly scan each document into PDF format. The file size for each document must not exceed 67 MB (the passport photograph must adhere to the specific requirements listed above). All documents must then be uploaded to the system at www.greatwall.co.id.
