MBA is a professional degree with special support from the School of Business. With the help of the management and economics doctor\'s degree granting disciplines and master\'s degree granting disciplines, the rigorous academic tradition of our science and engineering university, the superior teaching conditions and abundant teachers strength, the school has cultivated quality MBA students ranking first in the country, gaining wide recognition from society and producing great impact on the society.

All the courses of MBA academy use multimedia for teaching, some of which are taught in English. The school actively promotes a variety of case teaching and the reform of teaching methods, in order to focus on training students in management thinking, management skills and the application capacity of modern management means.

MBA Education of our school is, through the construction of four aspects: the MBA curriculum design, case construction, teaching methods and teaching management, quality training, and the building of features platform, to cultivate Chinese entrepreneurs and professional managers who have the five major characteristics: international awareness of the strategies and competitive outlook, cooperative and enterprising spirit, keen market analysis and scientific decision-making ability, innovative and pragmatic management skills and good business ethics and social responsibility.

Our school has formed such MBA cultivating characteristics as the use of multi-media teaching method, cutting-edge theory guidance, typical cases to inspire and business practice incubator. Career Development Center provides a platform for MBA students in career planning and employment, and it further enhances the MBA education brand.

The School of Business has also hired more than 60 elites from enterprises and government branches to be MBA part-time tutors, and it has set up MBA research bases in 50 large state-owned enterprises and listed companies.

Currently there are 672 MBA candidates in the school. They have established MBA Association under the auspices of the School, which has become an autonomous regulatory agency for MBA candidates to exchange and liaison with others.
