To meet the demand of electronic and communication engineering talents in global IT industry, this two-year program is designed for the education and training of senior specialized and administrative expertise in electronics and communication engineering fields, including the areas of communication and information system, signal and information processing, mobile communication system, wireless communication,  circuit and system, etc.

The candidates of this program will be trained to have the following knowledge and ability:

• Specializing in the composition, basic theory, basic principle, design method and advanced technology of electronic and communication systems;
• Being proficient in the systematic structure, basic function, testing and maintenance service of wireless communication networks;
• Having independent ability to design & debug, analyze & integrate, investigate & develop, and manage & make policy in electronic and communication engineering;
• Having the ability to track the latest development of electronic and communication engineering, and to explore the new technology and new system of electronic and communication engineering.

Degree candidates, who have completed all the required courses, obtained 24 credits and passed the thesis defense, will be awarded with Master of Engineering degree and a graduation diploma issued by Ministry of Education, China.
