MSc International Management (Marketing) at NUBS China is a one-year full-time programme that is designed to develop your understanding of key areas in consumer behavior, marketing management, digital marketing and marketing strategy, backed courses of Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
With strong quality teaching and research, our marketing area has an impressive international profile, which provides the students with first-class teaching and practically focused and grounded in the latest ideas and principles in marketing practices. As located in China, we also work with many Chinese and international organisations and industry to ensure that the teaching remains relevant to employers.
Special features
This programme is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), which is the leading professional body for marketers worldwide. We offer students the opportunity to complete the CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing alongside their MSc at no extra cost. This means that you will graduate with two internationally recognised professional qualifications.
After graduating, you can choose to continue your studies with the CIM and, with appropriate experience in a marketing-related role, gain full member status and become a Chartered Marketer.

This programme has built partnership with industry and companies to provide industry experiences and reflective learning. We have regular collaborated recruitment fairs with international companies such as L'Oreal, Nielsen, China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd, KPMG, and Mars China, which to provide marketing career opportunities for graduates.
General Qualifications
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens holding a valid foreign passport and must comply with the relevant regulations stipulated in "Document No. 12 (2020) of the Ministry of Education of the PRC."
- Must be in good physical and mental health.
- Applicants who will be under 18 years of age (as of September) must provide a notarized Letter of Guarantee from their designated guardian in China.

- Language Proficiency Certificates:
- English Taught: IELTS with an overall score of 5.5/6.0 or TOEFL iBT 85 (requirements vary by university).
- Chinese Taught: HSK 4–6 (levels and minimum scores vary by major and university).
- Academic Diplomas: High School Diploma (for Bachelor's Degree applicants) or Bachelor's/Master's Diploma (for Master's/Doctoral Degree applicants). - Academic Transcripts: High School Transcripts (for Bachelor's Degree) or University Transcripts (for Master's/Doctoral Degrees), compiled into a single file. - Two (2) Letters of Recommendation: Required from two high school teachers (for Bachelor's Degree) or two university professors/associate professors (for Master's/Doctoral Degrees). Letters must be issued on official letterhead, bear an official stamp from the institution, and include the recommender's email and phone number.

Note
- Documents 4 through 6 MUST be translated into English or Mandarin and officially legalized by the issuing institution. Alternatively, the services of a sworn translator may be utilized.
