DoctoralPROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
- The main research areas of Environmental Science and Engineering Department consist of researches conducted by Environmental Science Major that are oriented to Atomospheric Environmental Science, Chemistry of Water Pollution Control and Urban Ecology;
- researches conducted by Environmental Engineering Major that are oriented to Theory and Technology for Water Pollution Control and Integrated Improvement of River Pollution; and that conducted by Environmental Management Major are oriented to Environmental Economics, Environmental Management and Public Policy.
The program recruits foreign students with an academic background in Environmental Science and Engineering or other related disciplines. The program trains the students advanced theories in environmental science, environmental engineering, environmental ecology and environmental management. Students are required to study 5 required courses including 2 language courses, elect 3 courses, and write a dissertation. All the courses are in English.

- 1.Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid ordinary passport, be in good health, have attained a degree Master's degree for Doctor applicants.
- 2.Certified copy of TOEFL (IBT) score of 90 or above or IELTS (Academic) score 6.5 or above,taken within two years prior to application date (only for applicants from non-English speaking countries)
